Our hogs are also outside all day and fed grain harvested from our fields. No
hormones, antibiotics, or fillers. We have numerous cuts of pork available. You can also work with our processing
plant to process and purchase a 1/2 hog or whole hog to fill your freezer. We do all of our butchering at Hoesly's Meats
in New Glarus. They make wonderful brats, sausage, and smoked ham and bacon. Take a look at our product list for
more information.
We charge
.98 cents/lb live weight when purchasing a 1/2 or whole hog. Hogs will weigh 250 lbs when ready for processing.
The processing cost for a whole hog will vary. Hoesly's Meats will walk you through a cutting order for all that is
available to you. When all is said and done you will be paying somewhere between $2.50 and $3.50/lb for the pork to
fill your freezer. A whole hog will yield 170 lbs of meat. Any questions, please contact us.
